lol i use to go mad when my friends got mod ( purewelshboy1, eshan, philly, reven ) I use be so Jealous, but I learnt that its what they want to do so let them do it.

Not sure whether or not to apply I used one of my attempts at an app ages ago, but put little work into it. I know I could make a great app now, but I'm not sure if would be up to under 15 year old mod standards... So what you guys think? Is it worth using up the second of my 3 mod apps on? I just don't know....

I would wait until you turn 15. You will not be accepted as an underage mod (though you would make a great one), and you would be wasting an application attempt.
