I can no longer team in game when 1.8 comes out, my friends are going to have new identitys. I won't know who they are if they change their names. People might say they are someone, but no way of knowing. Trust no one, everyone is an enemy.

I don't think so. According to Mojang, they might limit the number of times you can change your username in a specific amount of time.
