I believe so, but in the future I think that with no doubt this can be possible.

I really like this idea! I am excellent in graphic design and creating capes would be awesome. If this is taken into consideration, I would love to create some capes!

Yes it would but you see Dave said that bill could do this so :/ I was unsure and stopped replying. However this will be possible when the Mod API is released, do you think this could be implemented then?

I'm pretty sure the cape only lasts while you have donor so yes.
