Hello Tributes!

Welcome to the MCGN Pokemon League!
(Now enough of the formalities)

There will be either 16 or 32 players in the draw, depending on the popularity of this contest. Each player will create an OU Gen 6 team on Pokemon Showdown (http://pokemonshowdown.com/) to compete against the field. Once on the site, create an account called either your Minecraft name or the name you put in your application below.

The date and time will be announced at a future date.

Some ground rules -
- Use an OU team (If you don't know what that is I suggest you go to http://www.smogon.com/xyhub/tiers and read a bit)
- All Smogon rules and clauses apply.
- Each player will use 6 Pokemon.
- This is a single elimination tournament.
- All members will be added to a skype chat. If you have a problem with this please let me know.
- You may only use 1 team throughout the competition (so make it count!)
- Item clause will be off. Evasion, sleep, OHKO, Endless Battle and repeated pokemon clauses are on. (Tell me if I missed any )
- Any Pokemon currently undergoing suspect testing will not be allowed (Aegislash and Deoxys S)
- No inappropriate nicknames
- Each round will be Best of 5

EDIT: I would also like a banner made for the League Champion, and I could look into having an Elite Four banner done as well for the 2nd to 5th ranked players. If anyone is interested, please let me know!
EDIT 2: Since all teams will be confirmed at the start of the tournament (did I say that? I meant to say that) I do not believe there will be a need to change teams around. You can see a team preview on Showdown before the match and alter which Pokemon you will send out first anyways. I hope this clears some stuff up

Plus if you need to fix something with your team you should be able to fix it.

You have all been accepted. The reason that I am disallowing team changes is that some people will not be able to spectate a match for whatever reason - Time zone, etc - and that will give the other person (who did watch the match) an unfair advantage.

Player A vs Player H is the first match. Whoever wins will verse Player C.
Player C is able to spectate A vs H, but for whatever reason A is unable to spectate C. Since the battles are right after another, there will not be time to change team.

Hope you understand, but if a lot of people like having the ability to have multiple teams I will do it.
