He is obviously new to foruming so tell him what to do differently.
You are supposed to only post once until some one else posts under you. It takes up unnecessary space and keeps it clean.

But i'm telling you to tell him HOW not to do it. For an example. A person is chewing with their mouth open and some one repeatedly says "STOP!" Without telling them what to "stop" doing, it is pointless.
