What is means is you post a reply more than once when you can edit your previous comment.

This is against the rules, and you shouldn't do it.

Try doing this. If you want to say something after your previous reply click the "EDIT".

Then go ahead and add your wanted comment into the comment.
Then, you are done. This way you don't give MCGamerzism, unwanted alerts.

Well I can always unwatch the thread, but thanks for that, he needed a detailed way of how to use the forums!
