How do you organise your inventory?

Typically I organize my hot bar,
Wood sword - Better Sword If I have it - Bow - Flint - Food - Food - Food - Food - Food - Fishing Rod
The rest of the inv is just random bits and bobs I've looted.

After much organizing, fighting, and tossing of regular food, I came to this a few weeks ago.
I'd already used around 5 flint n' steels, and the one in the top right was one that I made by combining two used FNS', explaining the odd durability.
So yeah.
1. Sword
2. Bow
3. Fishing Rod
4. Golden Apple
Then, after that, it gets wonky. Depending on what food, how much of it, and how many flint n' steels I have, 5-9 can be either food or flint n' steels. If I only have one flint n' steel, it goes in 9. Then 8. Then 7. Etc.
Food stacks, starting from the bottom, and I just Tetris it upwards.

And yes, I did craft nearly full-diamond right before DeathMatch. #DemTSG2Routes

(The one after FnS golden apple if I actually have one, If not, then the rest are food)
9.Arrowsh, if I have more than a stack so IDC and drop it into my inventory.. AND replace it with another FnS.. 90% of the times I have more than a stack of arrows i have more than 7 FnS too..

My updated way i organize my inventory. Its same as before but i change it if i dont have a certain item. For example if i don't have a fishing rod. it goes.
1. Sword
2. Bow
3. Food
4. Golden Apples
5. Food
6. Food
7. Food
8. Food
9. FnS

Thats only if i don't have a fishing rod. If i don't have a bow i put FnS in 2. and Fns in 8 unless if i don't have fishing rod. Again this is very weird way of organizing but it works for me.
