How do you organise your inventory?

My hotbar:
Slot 1. Sword
Slot 2. Bow
Slot 3. Flint&Steel
Slot 4. Fishing Rod
Slot 5. Golden Apples
Slots 6,7,8. Other cooked food.
Slot 9. Arrows
The rest of my inventory is never organised, because I find it boring and unnecessary. However, by the time of deathmatch, it will be filled with random crafting materials (never gold, that all goes onto my apples) and food. I will almost never have an empty slot in my inventory.

And a tip guys, why put your sword first? It just means you have to scroll further to get to the secondary weapons like fishing rod and FnS...

*gasp* Phew, If you knew how much it took to make this " Diagram of my inventory" in my pretty slow computer you'd be amazed... ( apparently my editing was worth nothing because I can't upload the edited image so i'm just going to explain how I organize . . )

• Speed Access Row

1. Weapon: I have it there because it's the easiest way to access
2. Bow: second main weapon, can deal a lot of damage if used well ( when I shoot an arrow I jump while I shoot, it is supposed to make more damage.)
3. Flint.
4. Flint.
5. Flint : They can make a huge difference between life and dead.
6. Golden apples: As flints they can also make a big difference between life and dead.
7. food.
8. food: You never know when this boi is going to be hungry! .
9. Arrows: I have them there to see how many arrows I have.

• Inside Inventory ( vertical rows )

1. First row: Flint, Sticks, Feathers, The things you need to make arrows.
2. Nothing.
3. My lootz: to craft diamond sword, moar flints and steel — Or iron sword — and budder apples.
4. Nothing.
5. Extra Food.
6. Extra Food.
7. Extra Food: Never know when this boi is going to starve. .
8. Nothing.
9. Extra Weapons : Here I put ma ships, extra flints, and such.

There you go, That's how I organize my Inventory, Hope I explained in the best way, and hope you're inventory stays nice and clean. .

Does organizing really help you? I mean, you find the items, but is it really worth the time? I just throw trash on the roads and keep the nice stuff. Theres also a risk that someone comes and punches you, you panic and you cant press E and you die. Organize accomplished.

Yes of course it's worth it. It helps to scroll to items quicker and gives you easier access to items.

The food in my hotbar is normally in a rough order, from best to worst.

I normally just do a quick sorting of my inventory, I normally have some backup armor (you never know when you may need it), some other food, fishing rods, boats, etc.

5) Same as above

Yes of course it's worth it. It helps to scroll to items quicker and gives you easier access to items.

Started to organize my inventory today. It actually helps!

And also; I don't keep my arrows in my hotbar because if you are out of arrows, you can't shoot? It maybe a dumb way to do it though
