So basically...

When the game ends and people say gg, I think the winning tribute should have 10-15 seconds and can read the spectators chat, allowing them to say good game to one another and congratulations etc. Just think this sort of thing will allow them to see what their competitors think!

Abuse at people would simply lead to a ban. They do it whether the winner sees it or not so I can't see that stopping this feature coming into play.
