Do you get laugh at or intimidated at school for playing Minecraft?

Well, I think you read the title. I was wondering this because I get sometimes laugh at at school, no serious stuff, just getting laugh at because they tell everyone is a "geek" or "nerd". I wanted to know, is it in pretty much every school, does your school encourage playing Minecraft? Please let me know

Many people in my school think that playing mc is nerd like but who cares! Some of my friends that are girls know that minecraft is ok because of the video that I make it quite entertaining.

Plus girls that play mc are cool in my opinion.
