eh, in the rules it states that the battle will be rendered moot, (subject to debate, dispute, or uncertainty, and typically not admitting of a final decision.) if a sr mod makes a decision then it would be whatever they put it at. If the sr mod told you to post the loss post it. If they left it undecided the battle doesn't count.

If the mods got involved it automatically switches to dave's rules no matter what. Also if they made that decision and did not leave it undecided, the win would go to future. Anyways best of luck in resolving this issue.
