He never mentioned the word scrim until now. He even said on skype we don't want to scrim we want to cb.

Skype cant be used as evidence, you also could've got a friend to change their name to ep1cn00bt00b and write that message.
With the following evidence, you can't dq Integrity or claim a win. When organising scrims/cbs I would recommend using Team Speak.
