I'm pretty sure that is what the clan wars staff are doing.

One of the staff told me that they decided to not let prim in. Also I don't know if Ryan would re-randomize the bracket. So I just stated some suggestions in my previous post.

Well one of the clan wars staff said earlier,

We are going to randomly generate a new bracket and we will have a completely new one.

So I'm assuming they are re-randomizing the bracket.
