Honestly i love the idea but at the same time i don't. I feel as if the game would be to based on luck, and i love challenge as much as anyone else does but i feel this would make the game very frustrating. But i bet it could be a sort of both together like there are certain chest that have a chance at being tier 2 so it's not completely random. So say there's an area of 5 chest and only 1 of the 5 have a chance at being a tier 2 so it adds a sort of random asset to it.
