Boosting needs to be punished more severely.

I'm not actually sure how it happens and to be honest I'm not sure I want to. It just needs to be fixed / watched out for :(
Quite simple actually. The people leave in pre-game meaning he is the only one left, the server only starts tracking once pre-game hits 0.

Ahh, that's what I expected it was, but I always assumed it was so much effort to go to to have at least 5 (11?) alts or have 11 people helping you just to get a win. I guess I was wrong, EU never ceases to amaze me.

On your point about being punishable more easily, Nos. 1 and 4 are already strictly punished, and in No.3 you could just report the hacking player, so I guess your main concern is when teams /kill for wins. Although I agree with what your saying, sadly I just can't see it possible for this type of winning to be punished as all players have both the opportunity to both team and to /kill whenever they like :/ What I've done is just accepted that some people take this game far too seriously and leave them to it. Rather not let them ruin my own enjoyment. What is the obsession with stats anyway...

1: Punishable
2:will never be punishable
3: should be punishable since there is a tactic: team with a hacker and have him /kill. After lets say 20 games the hacker will inevitably get banned, at that point he just buys an alt, probably of one of those dodgy alt websites, and the cycle continues. It needs to be made punishable to boost with a hacker.
4: Punishable, HOWEVER: Barely anyone ever reports people for doing this as most people don't know it's possible / don't see the signs of when it happens. Also, it's a glitch/exploit which could be fixed my the devs somehow.

Does this happen often?

That does seem quite unlucky. I'd imagine that it'd be very difficult to gain evidence to show that they were doing this though :/
