Boosting needs to be punished more severely.

I haven’t formatted this very well but meh, here goes:

MCSG’s community has become more and more competitive over time, and recently I’ve been seeing people do everything possible to win games. Everything. Especially on EU, people have been doing crazy stuff to get wins, namely:

1. Hacking. Pretty simple: Is already bannable, but a lot of people /d and hack which makes them a bit more difficult to ban. Anyway, not much can be changed about this.
2. Getting in a massive team and having your teammates /kill at the end of the game to get you a cheap win.
3.Teaming with a hacker who /kills at the end of the game, again for a cheap win.
4. Playing in empty servers, like so: (using thomasmg as an example, since he is banned for hacking + boosting): http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/stats/game/5479870
http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/stats/game/5479798
http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/stats/game/5479820

Basically what I’m proposing is that these need to be punishable more easily. Not only are they a pathetic way to gain wins, but they are unfair on others.

1: Already bannable.
2: This, unfortunately, can never be made bannable since teaming will always be allowed.
3: This is currently not bannable, but it really should be. It’s a complete joke that people team with hackers and then have them /kill, they might as well be the ones hacking themselves since they are the ones that gain out of it. Teaming with a hacker and having him let you win should be punishable with a 3/7 day ban.
4. This is already bannable, but unfortunately not a lot of people know about it; This is where I ask people reading this to be vigilant. If you are on someones stat page and see something like:
I_love_desk has won the #### on eu 196
I_love_desk has won the #### on eu 196
I_love_desk has won the #### on eu 196
I_love_desk has won the #### on eu 196
I_love_desk has won the #### on eu 196
I_love_desk has won the #### on eu 196
Then please check out those games and make sure the person wasn’t boosting. Also, I'd love to see whatever it is that causes this to happen be fixed since it's becoming a more and more pertinent problem.

This is becoming a bigger and bigger problem on EU and I really hope it’s addressed, it’s 50% of the reason I can’t seem to win a game right now and it’s incredibly unfair on other people, especially when people have great ratios and win rates, making others look bad, simply because they cheated to get them. If anyone has any better solutions, disagrees, agrees, or whatever, I’d love to hear it.

Boosters are usually just so bad... They can't win a game themselves so they get a really good ratio by such BS. Does it make them feel good about themselves?

That is one way of boosting, you glitch a server so that only you are playing and therefore win by default.
How does that even happen? PM me so people don't try it, or don't it's up to you, but doesn't a game require 12 people to start, even on the high servers? It just seems insane. I can't believe people actually do this. Wow.

In the high number servers it has to have 6 - but you still can't start with only 1... I'm confused aswell

I'm not actually sure how it happens and to be honest I'm not sure I want to. It just needs to be fixed / watched out for :(
