Best Game of All Time?

I was just wondering what you think the best game of all time would be. The platform, genre nor year it was released matters. I'm really curious, and please refrain from saying Minecraft because it's the only game you know, unless you truly think it is the best.

I personally think the best games I've ever played were Mario Kart on the Wii and Portal 2 on the PS3.

It's hard to just choose one game, so I got a list of some that I found extremely fun:
Every main series Pokemon game, Super Mario Sunshine, Super Smash Bros Melee, Bioshock: Infinite, Portal 1 and 2, Tomb Raider, and of course Minecraft.

Personally, I love Minecraft and League of Legends.

However, some extraordinary (or so I heard) video games were/are:
Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time in particular. Zaex
Grand Theft Auto, I hear GTA V is outstanding.
Call of Duty, MW3 and BO2. I haven't played MW3, and BO2 only like five times, but others say they're darn good.
Mario - Undoubtedly the #1 Nintendo series (unless LoZ counts as Nintendo, but I don't think it does. I forget.)
Portal 1&2
Halo also seems really popular and consistent, much like COD.

If I am to answer seriously, I would have to agree with the COD 4 part of it or say MW2. Both were amazing games that I played endlessly.
