Don't believe that. I have used Nodus a few months ago to test a friend's NoCheatPlus configuration. It is a 4 second countdown unless it has been changed in the past 8 months.

I only skimmed a couple other replies, but here's what I have to say.
I'm sure that this hack is customizable if you know how to do it. You could probably make it as fast as you want, or slower to make it seem like you're not using the hack if this is implemented. I would recommend making it check for people that join every 0.01-3 seconds.
And I'm not sure about this, because I've never joined a server in deathmatch or pre-game or something twice in a row, but isn't there the thing that doesn't let you join a server after you already joined it for another 25 or 30 seconds? If it doesn't stop the person from rejoining during one of the periods of time when it's unjoinable, that's another solution to this.
