Okey, so for example the voting is:
Map 1: 11
Map 2: 9
Map 3: 5
Now imagine you're one of the people who voted for map 3.
You don't like map 1, you'd rather 2 over it if map 3 was not going to win.
So, give people a chance to vote again, so you'd do /vote 2.
Problems it solves:
Quite simply, you can only use the command '/vote' twice, so it cannot be abused.

- People accidentally voting for the wrong map (linked to a thread I saw in this forum).
- People who would prefer a map over another even through the other one they have won't win (which I explained above if you don't understand).
- I don't know, maybe huge groups of people can change the voting to a different map just when it starts to troll players.
