1.7.2 glitch

So I have two major glitches on 1.7.2: One is were I get this Xray glitch except I can't see anything except for weird blocks like water, lava, signs, etc. This occurs randomly and usually ruins that game because I have to spend a minute or so messing around with video settings to remove it. Another glitch I have is in Solar Frost dm, and in no other dm, I get a lot of lag. Now, my frames are still fairly high at 80+, but for some reason the game appears very laggy on screen, and as a result it is very difficult for me to win Solar Frost deathmatches.
When using optifine, I have never gotten either of these glitches in the past, but I'm not going to be going back to 1.6 because of this. Also, using Razer Game Booster helps too, but only with the Xray glitch.
Anyone have any fixes for these glitches? I don't know anyone else with them...

A friend of mine also has an un playable FPS drop on solar frost but it only happens during DM. As dfor the xray glitch, I am pretty sure I remember that it has something to do cwith a texture pack.

For the Xray glitch, change your texture pack in-game. It'll refresh the blocks or whatever, and I hear it fixes it.

His processor or something like that is probably micro-stuttering.

I see a major difference between 60 and 120.
I see a major difference between 120 and 350.

It may be that you're noticing differences in mouse lag/reaction time of you computer.

Mouse Lag: It's wired
Reaction Time of PC: That's basically FPS. I have an Intel 3rd Gen Hexa-Core i7 processor and a GeForce GTX 780 w/ 16 gigs of ram... I don't lag.
