Hey guys it's me Utah, I need some help so Christmas is coming up and i need help with getting a new PC this year i'm getting some of my PC parts and my parents said ''I can also get a new computer''. Until I get all the parts of course p.s. it's hard to get everything at once with three other siblings. So the big question is what computer are really good just for Minecraft not recording. My range is 400-500 also it has to be a laptop because there we be no use of having two desktops and not using one of them. BTW this computer is going to be temporary so just a nice running computer that can get at least 60-130 fps.
Thank you for reading -Utah

Wait, what?

You're looking for:
A laptop
400-500 FPS while not recording
60-130 FPS while not recording
WHAT?

Also, do you mean XX-XX FPS on Tiny, Short, Normal, Extreme, etc.? It's not too hard to get 300 FPS on tiny, but it's much harder to get that on Extreme.

Also, you don't need 400+ FPS, just high enough so that it won't drop beneath 40-60 so that you don't see the difference.

My Macbook Pro gets around 30 FPS, but it's loaded with poop from my dad. I'd say a fresh one would cost $1500 if you can get it cheaply, but it should get you around 100 FPS. It even has built in recording software.

If you really are looking to stay in the price range you specified, you won't be able to get one with 60-130fps (would be a dream for me).

First off: I highly recommend not going for a mac, they are primarely made for working and NOT for playing games. Also the keyboard is kind of annoying in my opinion.

Now, let me tell you what I think. I am going to assume by range you mean your budget. I am not much of an expert in laptop pricing, more for towers, but I believe finding a laptop for 400-500 dollars that can play minecraft in max settings at 60-130FPS will be hard. Also, if you get a laptop you will not be able to upgrade things easily. This is all I can really tell you, if you were looking for a tower, or desktop as you call it, I could give you much more advise.

I hope this helps you anyways, good luck finding something that suits your needs!

Not true, the computer I run is 300 and I get 200 fps and I dont have any special software other then optifine. Even without optifine I still get 70-120 fps. I see no reason why he shounldnt get a good computer with his price range.

UtahJazz8CP If looking for a laptop, and are in the US/CA I recommend an HP Pavilion G6.The specs I have on it are,
-Intel Core i3
-64bit Operating System
- 8gb of ram (1 allocated to MC)
- 2.40 GHz CPU
This is the computer I have, which runs me at 200 fps with optifine and you can get it for 300-350 $ at a WalMart. If you want a computer that gets decent FPS while recording, I suggest a beefy type of computer such as, the same one, with the i5 and the suped up graphics card which is still only 400$ (this is all USD Money)

I sell computers so yes, it's definitely possible to get a decent machine for $500.
If you can find one with these parts i'd reccomend:
-intel i5 processor or AMD a8 (or higher)
-6gb or 8gb or ram
If you don't mind something refurbished you can get a pretty nice machine such as this

This one is not refurbished but still has some pretty decent specs
