The obvious fix is just to remove the objects in question. The mod told me the devs are working on it but it takes a while.

Diamond swords is an actual glitch that happens very infrequently. Typically when people die and think it is a diamond sword hand, its actually someone abusing the iron sword exploit. Fixing the iron sword hands will fix 99% of issues with iron/diamond sword hand issues.

No he's right, there is a way this is purposely exploited on MCSG. I know how and am going to talk to a mod about it.

Please be patient because it is well known and it is not easy to fix so please let the Developers have the time to fix it. Fixing bugs like that is not easy.
