If they do that, there becomes less mods to deal with in game stuff, which is another reason we should seperate forum and ingame mods, because Ingame mods should only handel in game stuff and forum mods should should handle forum stuff like report abuse and such

If MCSG fired all the bad mods, hired people who were actually good, and kept the quality that high, then things would get done even with less mods.

If we fire all bad mods, the number of mods goes down, but the quality goes up while this may be good, we then WOULD have to have forum mods.

Yes be as it may, we would have 30 mods. Lets do some math, 30/4 = 7.5 meaning 7.5 mods per region, then we have the survival server and creative, and ontop of THAT we would have the forums, see the problem?

We need more good all purpose mods. Not tooting my horn or anything but were I a moderator I would be very capable of moderating in game and on the forums.

Let me get this clear.
We moderators have to deal with rulebreakers ingame.
We have to take care of report abuses and there's probably thousands of thread, and soooooo many spam bots.
We can not take care of it at the same time! And I do not believe that Forum Mod is a good idea because some people probably just wanna have the tag "Moderator" in their name. (Sorry for this bad text, in a rush xP)

They wouldnt get any sort of anything ingame, they would only get Forum Mod on the fourms
