Yeah, yeah. Why waste time hiring forum moderators when we can hire full moderators?- because when we merge with MCGamer, we will have big fourms that will need to be moderated. Yes yes, we have moderators that can do this but half the all the moderators arent really active on the forums. One example of lack of people moderating forums is that right now, ATM I am typing this, 6 moderators and online. We have about 50 active threads, while we have 6 mods to moderate them...
another example is that I saw 3 spambots "spammed" and it was 1/2 an hour before they were deleted, and that was at a time when there were 10 staff on. No this isnt a thread to discredit moderators or tell them that their not doing there job right, its just a suggestion.When we have 10 forum moderators on, and the 10 staff all covering at least 2 threads each, that should be enough right? then when a spambot spams, the thread would be taken care of much faster. Forum moderators could be a set age limit by the sr.staff, and since forum moderators dont handle the serious ingame stuff, they could be younger then the Ingame moderators who are both ingame and forum moderators.

You know that we're not merging with MCGamer right? MCSG, Zedchase and MCTF2 are merging into MCGamer.
I kind of agree with you, but I am almost 100% positive this won't be implemented. It has been suggested before, look for the threads, I think they stated their reasoning on there.

A lot of moderators are not really active anywhere. For some mods it just seems like they applied to get free donor. I think mods should have shown a certain amount of foruming before becoming mods, I've seen mods before that don't know the forum rules.

The forums for every game will most likely (To my knowledge) be kept separate. Everything from a forums standpoint will remain somewhat the same.

Just because we're online doesn't mean that we're actually reading through the forums... I often lurk on the hub with the forums open in a tab so I can check if the offending user on the hub has any prior history.

Im not saying your not online, your probably one of the most active moderators on the forums.. Others arent.

I kinda agree, yes. There sometimes aren't enough Mods online to deal with everything

If they do that, there becomes less mods to deal with in game stuff, which is another reason we should seperate forum and ingame mods, because Ingame mods should only handel in game stuff and forum mods should should handle forum stuff like report abuse and such
