But it's being removed soon :( He said too late I think because it was already decided that the map would be removed.
The developers are working on fixing lag issues on that map so there is still a chance that it will stay on the servers but yes, it is planned to be removed.

Hopefully it will stay :) Normally I would have suggested to add some actual terraforming to the lava because right now it's really boring 1 block deep, but that would just make things worse lag wise so no way would I ever want that :p

It does definitely cause client lag, which is the reason Demon's Breeze is being removed. The reason it wouldn't lag you is because you either have a good computer or you have your sound turned down.
I heard the reason it is being removed is because there is a sign with my name on it

I used to love putting a water bucket on top of the pyramid in Kharmunrah and watching it fall down all the stairs, it's a shame that they stopped the buckets.
