The mysterious tier 3's

So I have heard of a new type of tier, 3, this tier would be one of the chest on the map that spawns randomly, but It would have OP loot like:

• Diamond armor
• Potions
• Enchanted books

I am not sure if this is true or not, but I heard of it In a few threads but am still not sure if its true or not, help?

Tier 3 would be epic, but I hope you are right about it spawning in different places each time, or else YouTubers like Blamph and Fin would get it every time.

Because if Tier 3 was in the same spot every time, all their fans would tell them where it is and they automatically win.

I dont see why other also wouldnt get them all the time-.- You are basically saying "If the Tier 2s didnt spawn in random places all there fans would tell them where they are"

In the past, there was an announcement saying that Chad and the Devs are actually going to have Tier 3 items. But yeah that was probably like a long time ago. Since MCSGv2 I have not heard any news regarding Tier 3 items spawning in chests. I think Chad forgot about it after all those MCSGv2 updates.
