Stackable Items

Vanilla Minecraft is great and for the most part is perfect for running Survival Games. My idea is to introduce a stackable items plug-in or mod into the game. For me the most annoying thing about playing is spending half my time in inventory dragging and dropping items. While stackable items wouldn't completely fix this problem it would at least help so that after every single kill your inventory isn't full.

The items you could stack would be stuff that generally fills your inventory fast.

• Boats
• Tunic
• Boots
• Pants
• Chest plates
• Axes
• Swords
• Mushroom stew

Let me know what you think guys think about this idea. I just think this would make the game move quicker and not go through as much of the boring time like cycling through items.

A bunch of our youtubers do that, it's not really a secret anymore

I don't like the idea. I think stackable weapons/armour/boats is illogical and wouldn't even help that much for me. I just drop all the stuff out anyway. If you don't want anyone to get it, just burn it.

The thing is, part of the MCSG challenge involves that moment when you kill someone who has loads and loads of junk and you have to be quick and sort through it all taking what you need and leaving what you don't before someone comes and tries to kill you. I think having stackable armor and things would remove that aspect.
