Extra Slot for Moderator

I'm not saying this should be implemented, but shouldn't the server be made up of 24 player + one moderator? The moderator would always be a spectator so they can make sure everyone is playing the game in a fair way. Instead of playing the game and only being able to watch when they die, they are always watching.

Thats not exactly what I ment Demanter. I mean the mods shouldn't be taking up an extra slot just to make sure the game is played fair. So the mods wouldn't play or take up a spot. There would be one spot just for moderators to watch the game

Oh ho! Then why was Chad even considering opening a 100+ server if the games can't afford it. If they really need it, they could use donor money to get it

So I stated in the past that I wanted to see a 120 tribute game, well we confirmed everything and this is happening! Vareide is hooking us up with a special, exclusive 120 slot map for our servers and its going to be HUGE. We will be posting dates when it's going to open hopefully soon. So who is excited? I am!

its his choice but having unlimited slots for mods will cost hundred and he said he is going to open 1/2 server with 100 slots it isn't thet bad but unlimited slots for mods will cost him lots more

Moderators still enjoy playing the game, they are promoted to moderate, but at the same time they are not expected to do nothing but sit and watch. The reason people apply to be moderator is because they enjoy the servers so much, and enjoy playing the game, yet want to cut down on the amount of spammers and hackers where they can.

Moderators are going to get bored if they can do nothing but watch every time.

But if a spectator is experiencing hacking, the moderator won't be able to hear them tell him in the chat. If they signed up to be a moderator they should be committed to being one. They don't have to all the time. If they want to play MCSG, they can play in the time they don't need to be a moderator

Are you telling me that you would be completely content never playing again once you had moderator? I doubt you would. They cant be watching everyone all the time, when they are spectators they do their job. The "report abuse" section is also there for a reason, to report hacking or spamming when a moderator isnt present or in a game.

Its an issue, and not one that can really be fixed without mods because extremely bored.
