Lately I have been testing out screen recording applications but every one either crashes my minecraft or makes me lag a ton! :( I usually get 100-190 fps average on minecraft but when I record I get 20 fps! I have tried ScreenFlow and QuickTime but none of those get me lag-free or decent fps recordings. If you have any knowledge in this category, please help me out by leaving any suggestions below.

Much thanks, SjsYeahKid

I have tried both trials and they are very laggy. If I get the full version, does the lag decrease?
I have a Mac, and I have never heard of Quicktime being an option. I use Screenflow, and it works the best for me. How old is your Mac, memory left, ect?

I have about 80% of my memory left. My computer is a four year old Mac OSX (something like that) Snow Leopard.

HERE (click) is a list of Mac recording tools. Maybe some of these will be less memory intensive.

Please don't turn this into a PC vs Mac dispute, this is a thread about recording software for Mac. Not everyone has enough money to buy a new computer.
Sell the Mac buy a new PC.
Anyway I am not a rich kid.

That would not get you enough money to buy a PC able to record while playing games. I did not say you are.
Now let's get back on topic.

Try fraps? It's will lag you a bit, but what recording system won't? It's pretty good and you can get a free full version if you do a bit of searching. It's average quality, but easy to use.
