Mac Recording Software

Try fraps? It's will lag you a bit, but what recording system won't? It's pretty good and you can get a free full version if you do a bit of searching. It's average quality, but easy to use.

Buddy, the best thing you can go with is ScreenFlow or Camtasia. Quicktime is good enough too. I understand that you lag while recording. All you have to do is lower the recording resolution from 1080p tp 720p. There's not much difference when watching it but it affects your gameplay. Also make sure that you are recording your screen at 30FPS and not 60FPS. Hopefully that helps you out!

I used to own a MAC, personal preference I would go to Screenflow as the best recording option. Quicktime is more cpu intesive and lags more. Also Screenflow has a built in editing tool. Im not sure about Camtasia though.
