New sponsor idea

So, like the first book and movie, haymitch sends katniss and note saying do this and you'll get this, my idea is to have some kinda of note sending system. Of course this would come with limits like telling people where others are and where chests are, but this would be an way to make mcsg a little more fun and unique. Sending notes like what haymitch did to katniss and adding some kind of achievement system. If someone sends a note that says "Kill so and so and you'll get either a sponsor or X amount of points" or "Do a no scope while jumping off something high and you'll get either a sponsor or X amount of points". While I do understand this would come with many precautions and many limits you must set but in my opinion (this is just my opinion) I like this idea and I think it would make mcsg more unique and fun. You could make it so only certain people could use this note sponsor system like donators and up. This is just an idea in process so I am open to any criticism or other ideas to incorporate to this system. I also have set up a poll system at the top so if you guys and go and give your opinions up there as well that would be great!

Yes. Everyone is such a hypocrite. "Team limits shouldn't exist because there is no limit in the movie." You can't say that crap and then reject the note idea.

I agree with this idea, people often sponsor after they die to signify a good fight, notes would be an awesome feature for people who don't know about this symbolism.

True, I did not think of something like that but like I said this just a work in progress so hopefully we could figure something out to counter something like that. Thank you for the feed back!

You can also bully people in the lobby, or when they die, or after you kill them.

Yep, like I said there would have to be some kind of limitation so no one can cheat or call players hackers or they suck or something relating in that way.

I swear you read my mind. I've been thinking of something kind of like this for a while. My variation of it was that you can get book and quill and write in it and then give it to them (used to tell where people are, they were betrayed, etc.) as a note.

A book and quill actually seems like a little bit of a better idea than a note because then you can write stuff down. Though, I feel the note system would be abused if all it would be used for was telling people where others are and where chests are. It just removes the survival games aspect and makes it more cheap. But I wouldn't exactly say telling someone that they were betrayed would be something bad, just telling someone where people are and where chests are would be.

Staff should be able to see everyone's notes, to make sure there's no spam or hate mail.
