What Minecraft Settings Do You Play On For PvP?

Render Distance: 4 - 8 chunks
View Bobbing: ON if I play by myself/with friends, OFF when I'm recording
Smooth Lighting: Off - FPS increase
Graphics: Fast because I'm used to it, I will activate just the Transparten leaves when I install OF1.7.4
Particals (All, Minimal or Decreased): All because I'm a bacc4lyfe

On my computer, when I used optifine, my computer lagged like crazy. When I didn't use optifine, my computer was super fast.

I have a laptop but I get more FPS on those setting than if I had the lowest ones. My laptop is weird :/ Not complaining though.
