To be honest, neither... But if I had to pick one, I would go with Toxic. Huahwi was a better YouTuber, however his general fan base seemed to be a little more obsessive over him, and were pretty annoying to encounter ingame with their miles and miles of flint and steel. This isn't all of Huahwi's fans, but a good chunk of them were exactly according to my description.
Toxic was a very bland YouTuber to me, and was immature and cocky in most aspects of what I observed of him (apparently he was cool to the people he liked... But that was a select few). However the impact he left on the network seemed to include less fans who piled on a ton of FnS, and he didn't just spontaneously ditch his friends, or his whole MCSG career for no reason. (I believe his quitting was for an explained reason).
