I don't know if you read the thread correctly when i talked about teamspeak and when i said i did'nt mean any disrespect. But overall in a way you agreed with me, because for a server (EU) thats holds 5000 people at peak times if there are 20 staff members online then yeah MCSG has a staff problem. and might i also add like i said before that i understand that your not robots but if you are not willing to stay active as a Mod because of social life or school the don't apply.
I was quoting Fox not you.

You think MCGamer has a problem with only have 20 mods online at all times? Do you make threads like this at every community you join?

Remember that he is talking about the EU community, if you bother talk about the US community than it's a total different story.
The situation in EU is that the amount of mods who leave their position in higher than the amount of mods joining the position.
For those who are going to say those words:"Just record them and report them" Then it's pretty pointless since until the hacker that you reported is banned 2x as more hackers already joined the server ( thanks from an experience).
Also, this is a message to the mods, if you are going to apply for the staff, be sure you can actually be active, if you are going to apply for staff and then be afk forever and just wait until somebody else is going to do the job you should rather be demoted (sure you might have school problems that you need to be for an absent, but try to do the best to still moderate). I know this is gonna hurt the feelings of some of the mods, but someone needs to say this.
Last but not least, the server's goal is to keep it hacker free, but I see them focus more on moving the host, adding minigames that get boring quite fast and such.

I know that someone is going to give an argument defending the mods hard work, and that's completely understandable, but remember this is about the EU community and not any other. so I rather the person who is going to reply to actually be from the EU community and give an actual argument from his experience on that place and be from the US one.

I have a question, how do you exactly know that six of the reported 'hackers' got perm banned? I thought moderators+ weren't allowed to disclose that information.
