Basically what Alex Spear said, XD. Sometimes people are AFK or not online when you are, but that's ok- they'll be on later.

Something else to add is the people you want to talk to to improve your chances of getting in have the gray "R" icon next to their name, or a iron, or gold sword. The other people on TeamSpeak are really cool, and fun to talk to as well, but application wise, you want to get to know our members
