Why necro?

Can't NECRO an announcement thread, well, you can, but often times it won't be closed/locked due to its importance. Same goes for clan threads, map threads, etc.

If he is new, he wouldn't know about NECRO. Also, if he is new then he is getting caught up on everything, so it is understandable that he is commenting on this thread. I don't get your point, but it doesn't matter. The NECRO, in this situation, is ok, and what he does is no longer of our concern.
