Depends on your settings, if you don't know how to set it up right you'll probably still have lagg when recording with Dxtory.
If you follow the guide I posted earlier I can ensure you won't have any lagg while recording ( atleast, if you have a decent writing speed on your harddrive... )

I recommend Dxtory. Unlike Fraps, Dxtory splits audio channels, which is pretty neat.
