I use this program myself, and I can say that it's really great! I was experiencing lagg with frap when recording at 1080P @ 30 fps, but with this setup I'm able to record at 1080P @ 30fps while playing at 150fps+ myself!

I would recommend Fraps as it's not a massive FPS beater like Bandicam. However, it's files are large and take a lot of time to upload, so if you have a beastly computer then I advice Bandicam for good quality and quick upload speed

I always had problems with Dxtory on my old laptop :/ I haven't tried it on my new PC but on my old one it toke away a lot of FPS

Really? Because I have tried Fraps and Bandicam on my laptop and everything sucked my internet -_- This is the only software I found that doesn't drop my FPS.
