Why did he get banned

If I am not mistaken, someone pointed out that in the thirteenth episode of his MCSG series, he had Better Sprint Mod installed. Someone, which I will not name, brought this to my, and other's attention, and made a ban dispute. Initially, he was banned for a week, but then Fearzon told me he was now permanently banned. I could be wrong, but I think he did have some complications with the staff in the past and they finally decided to permanently ban him.
