all the pmc servers are US and im eu so when i break a block on a us one it takes about 2-3 seconds to come back

Their point was that it's very laggy for them. Breaking blocks is a way to see if you're having issues with lag (If the block instantly comes back you're usually good, but if it takes a long time you got lag).
