I agree with you that people posting dramatic leaving posts, but never actually being gone, is quite irritable and kind of petty. And I understand that some people change their mind (and hopefully are courteous enough to request the thread be locked to prevent further misinformation). People "quit" or "leave" all the time with a big sappy letter and come crawling back all the time; it's basically the norm.Snip
True c: but a ton of V1 people are still here.The V1 Generation is becoming extinct! We must preserve ourselves
On the forums maybe but most of my friends play cs:go and LoL not MCSGTrue c: but a ton of V1 people are still here.
I agree, but why is my msg snipped? I'm confused ;-;I agree with you that people posting dramatic leaving posts, but never actually being gone, is quite irritable and kind of petty. But what I can't stand are the people who, "quit" or threaten to quit in protest of something, and then never actually go through with it. That is a blatant call for attention, one that points out a serious topic but lacks the heart or substance to actually do something about it. They want all of the attention, but want to take none of the actions.
Force of habit to save post space. If there's nothing in a message that I want to quote, answer, or reference in a post that I'm replying to, I'll generally Snip it.I agree, but why is my msg snipped? I'm confused ;-;

I agree. Now that I have an xbone and Steam I would leave. Then I met yannr and had so much fun.Back when I made my goodbye thread, I think I came back around 2 weeks later just because I was bored with survival.. But, I found a game (LoL) that occupied my time and left for around 6 months.
I don't think they're going for attention, but I think that they just thought it'd be really easy to find something to replace MCSG. But, of course its not that easy, it depends on if you want to do something else or if you're just tired of MCSG.
