Near-Death Experiences...

After reading a post by NikiIsTheTrueFeelzzHD, I decided to make a thread about it

Have any of you ever had a near-death experience?

Okay here we go.

My first was when I was about 5-6. I was in my parents room alone, watching Star Wars. I was off-school, sick, and was having Calpol. Well, my parents may have made the mistake of leaving the bottle up there with me and in the space of an hour and a half I drank half of the bottle contents, finishing it off completely. I went downstairs and my Dad found out. My mind is a bit of a blur for what happened after that though .

The second was when I was 11, and whilst some may argue it wasn't a 'near death' experience, it easily could have had a very different outcome. I was at a Caravan Park and I was on the swings with a new friend I'd made there, Abbie. We were having a competition to see who could lean back the furthest on the swing (while we were swinging it). Long story short, I may have won...
By falling backwards off the swing.
The swing was at the top of its arch, so I flipped round, landed vertically on my head and heard this really loud crack.
I passed out and wake up infront of the swing; Abbie had moved me away from the swing and her got her Sister. I couldn't move my neck at all and it really hurt, to say the least

So there. I'm full of suprises and stupidity

To be entirely honest, I don't usually recall any near death experiences. However, I do remember when my brothers and I have played rubber band wars in my Grandma's house.
One of my brothers were standing like one foot away from me, pointing a rubber band, straight towards my face, full force pulled back, and ready to shoot, with that sadistic little smirk on his face to which I shan't forget to this day!

Oh my gosh, two litres?
That sounds like a ton, you probably out-drank a 21 year old and actually survived!
But I'm glad you're ok now though, I actually had a close experience to trying a cigar for once, although it wasn't really a near death experience, I knew that I wouldn't want smoke on me. :3

When I was maybe 7-8 years old, I was playing with one of my old friends in his backyard. We were going through the woods and found this rugged edge, rocky, kind of cliff construction site. Being the stupid kids we are, we thought "Why don't we go to the bottom?" So we did, and when climbing back up, I almost slipped. Like, my hand really slipped. I was basically clawing at the rocks, trying to get up, and having my hands cut at the same time. But I made up, my hands cut and bloody, but y'know.
I'm alive and that's what counts!

Well not exactly near-death but...
I once got shot with an airsoft a centimeter away from my left eye. Literally. It still scares the living daylights out of me when I think about to this day and it was years ago. A centimeter away from going blind in one eye for the rest of my life.
