It's easy to find if you think about itWhats the "age exception process"? I've been wondering for a while now.

If you are younger than 14 and you want to apply for moderator, you will have to make an age exception. Once you turn 14 you can send in a regular moderator application. But yes, you can.im turning 13 next month can i attempt to file a age exception before that then apply once im 13? Please respond.

Hey, I'm 14 Age isn't necessarily a reflecting factor on the maturity of someone. A 14 year old can be as mature, or even more mature than others who are older.Honestly, 14 years old should not have the type of powers that Moderators have. I understand that some can be considered "mature" enough, (even though most do not even understand what maturity is) but I honestly think it is a bad choice. We need to have quality over quantity.
This is incorrect, and honestly, kinda rude. Firstly, quantity is important: there's a ton of servers to moderate, and no matter how good our mods are, it won't matter if there aren't enough of them to watch the servers.Honestly, 14 years old should not have the type of powers that Moderators have. Some younger applicants show more potential than their older counterparts.Hmmm, I think thats too young. they should just be accepting more older applicants
I am also 14, I respect your opinion, though I do believe that 14 year olds can be extremely mature mentally and this is not from a bias point of view. Though I do partially agree with your statement, as the most important thing for a moderator is emotional and social maturity. This can only be developed over time and therefore I do believe that 14 year olds with experience are definitely appropriate for the position.Honestly, 14 years old should not have the type of powers that Moderators have.
