If you are younger than 14 and you want to apply for moderator, you will have to make an age exception. Once you turn 14 you can send in a regular moderator application. But yes, you can. :)

Honestly, 14 years old should not have the type of powers that Moderators have. I understand that some can be considered "mature" enough, (even though most do not even understand what maturity is) but I honestly think it is a bad choice. We need to have quality over quantity.
Hey, I'm 14 :( Age isn't necessarily a reflecting factor on the maturity of someone. A 14 year old can be as mature, or even more mature than others who are older.

This is incorrect, and honestly, kinda rude. Firstly, quantity is important: there's a ton of servers to moderate, and no matter how good our mods are, it won't matter if there aren't enough of them to watch the servers.

Addressing what you said about maturity: "(even though most do not even understand what maturity is)" Really? Do you really think so? The maturity and moderation ability of 14 year olds varies greatly depending on which one you interview. And anyway, mod applications are a highly selective process. Correct me if I'm wrong, but around 5% of applicants become mods. Saying that 14 year olds all "should not have the type of power that Moderators have" lumps all 14 year olds together, and is pretty unfair to a good portion of them.

Some younger applicants show more potential than their older counterparts.
There IS the Age Exception though.

I am also 14, I respect your opinion, though I do believe that 14 year olds can be extremely mature mentally and this is not from a bias point of view. Though I do partially agree with your statement, as the most important thing for a moderator is emotional and social maturity. This can only be developed over time and therefore I do believe that 14 year olds with experience are definitely appropriate for the position.
