I think this is a really cool thing to start on the forums :) Although I don't have as much time as I'd like to read books, some of my favorites so far are My Sisters Keeper, The Fault in our Stars, and Divergent. Yeah, I know, I read the sad books, but it keeps me from falling asleep. My Sisters Keeper is one of the most depressing books of all time, and I tend to read the books that have a movie just so I can see which is better ;)

Let's see here. I don't read as consistently as I used to maybe 2-4 years ago. But when I did, I can name a couple.
Percy Jackson series! (excluding new series. The first 5) Absolutely fantastic! 10/10

I remember in grade 2, I read Geronimo Stilton. I don't know how many of you know that series. But it was pretty decent. (if you're younger then like 12)

Recently read Divergent. Only the first one though.

Also recently read The Secrets Of The Immortal Nicholas Flame. I don't know why I like this series so much. But it's fantastic. To me that is.

I can't remember any other books I read. I will try to remember though!

1st edit: I read holes a couple years ago. Great book!
2nd edit: Last year, me and my friend picked out books from the school library that each of us had to read. So I ended up reading like 3 books in the Pretty Little Liars series.

I liked the Maze Runner, although the last book in the trilogy was a bit TOO different to what the original theme was.
I can't believe they killed Newt D:
It's like a more subtle version of Mockingjay. Speaking of Mockingjay, holy lord of biscuits. That book was intense. I also enjoyed the Divergent series, even though it was kind of messed up at the end. Most good trilogies end with war or something completely different to the first book of the series. This happens also with things other than trilogies, such as Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, etc, and usually end up with quite a few dead people.

you haven't read divergent or rangers apprentice..wtf
I read the first book in Divergent. It was okay, I mean I liked it when I was reading it, but in afterthought I really don't care to finish the series, and it was just a less-good version of Hunger Games.

Ikr, they do this so often. I didn't mind it as much particularly because it was more subtle than the mess that was Mockingjay. Maze Runner was kind of a depressing series, and thinking now about the ending, it reminds me of the ending to The Last of Us.

Never heard of it before this, simply put. And I didn't see it / it didn't grab my eye when I was at the library. But I'll give it a try.

Main reason I say Divergent > HG is because I'm comparing them based on the first book. Maybe the rest of Divergent's books are really good. Personally I thought HG went downhill in book 2 and 3, but I still really loved the first book.
