Why do you want to join Kithex?: I love Kithex's projects. I love building and I am bored when I made builds alone. I want to build anything with a team/group. I love teamwork so I want to build with a team!

Why does Kithex need you?: I am very good at world editing and cinematics. I love building and creating map trailers and like this things. Also i have very good computer so i can create trailers very speed! My terraforming is very well. I create 2 MCGamer maps.

I do a lot of building/terraforming. I've recently become obsessed with building giant bonsai trees! My favorite type of build is Gothic medieval, and steam punk! However I've recently started building a lot of Oriental styled builds!

I haven't. I'm relatively new to the MCGamer network!

Why do you want to join Kithex?:
Kithex is a very good build team, your builds are very detailed, and look to be outstanding! Kithex also looks like a strong team to be building with, and since I'm relatively new to the MCGamer Network, I decided I would try to find a group of people I could build with and hang out with. My main focus in Minecraft is building and I've actually been able to turn it into a job somewhat.

Why does Kithex need you?:
Kithex needs me because I am a strong terraformer, and an even stronger builder. I like to think of myself as a highly skilled builder however I am aware that to grow not only as a builder, but as a person, I need to be subject to change and learning! I bring a good attitude and an open mind to every build I work on, and I always try to make the project as good as I possibly can!

Why do you want to join Kithex?: Many people in the AU community I talk to are in this team. I have a map idea that I want to build and hopefully get on the servers. I also want to learn how to become a better builder. As seen in my pictures at the moment I am not the best, but I really want to learn and make more complex builds in the future

Hello and welcome to the Kithex Build Team thread! Kithex is a unique build team founded by KitMencha & LuthexColbark in 2012. Since 2012, Kithex has underwent many changes till its point today. We aren't just a build team, we're a family. We are a tight-nit group of individuals who try to challenge ourselves and bring new innovation into the art of building, terraforming and redstoning.​

Owner - The founder and owner of Kithex and its funds, KitMencha. The owner reserves the right of final say in regards to the team, its management and funds.


Admin- The Owner’s right hand men and women who help make key decisions for the future of Kithex, our projects and the team. When the Owner is not around, they are in charge. They are trusted with access to important documents, panels and server files. They are the administrators of the team.


Developer/Server Operator - The people who run the server. The Server Operators are there to help out with configuring plugins, setting up portals, exporting worlds. They are very important to our team as without them, there would be no builds. They have the same jurisdiction as the Admins.


Mod - Mods keep the team in line and make sure that the team members are following rules and are on task when needed. They help give us status reports on projects and help out with running activity checks on the builders. Mods also review applications and host build sessions.

Specialist - Specialist is the rank following Architect+. These team members assist Mods by leading small teams during build sessions as well assist the Kithex staff team in coordinating sessions.

Architect+ - Architect+ is the rank given to Architects (See below) once they have proven to be an elite member of the team in regards to building skill, but also the ability to work in a team, working attitude.


Architect - Architects aren't just people who build maps. They are thinkers, planners and crafters of masterpieces. Not just a construction workers. Hence why we call our builders, Architects, as they are more than just "builders". Here at Kithex we do not separate people according to Terraformer, Builder, Redstoner, etc. We want our builders to feel a part of a team but not categorised. We allow all Architects access to World Edit & Voxel Sniper. I mean, how can you terraform, without Voxel Sniper, right?

How Can I Join?​

Application

Kithex is a high standard build team aiming to achieve the best quality builds. As such to join the team you need to apply. This application process is to test your personality, hence why we do not ask for previous build examples. Your building skills will be tested in the Trial stage where you will be given a random theme in which you have to build to.

Using the template below, please apply in the comments of the thread for our staff to review. All the questions on the template are compulsory. If you do not fill in all the questions, we reserve the right to decline your application regardless of the quality of your application.

Before you apply you must meet the following requirements:

• Have a working microphone
• Have not had a ban on MCGamer in over a year
• The ability to use TeamSpeak
• The ability to work as a team
• You must be at least 13 years of age
• Good communication skills.
