I understand some of your points, but you seem to misunderstand some of them, and try not to focus on the negative parts of this thread, I've been reminders already!Guides go in the guide section.
You don't have to be active in both. I'm top poster here, but I'm pretty inactive in game, that worked out fine for me
Saying Hi could make you seem like a creep and/or fanboy, but sometimes it can be good.
Applying for things is definitely good, I support
Making threads on a daily basis = bad idea. Makes you seem like a spammer because there is no way you can make a thread every day that is a reasonably interesting thread, a good topic and unique. They may remember you, but it won't be in a good way.
Not getting on people's bad sides isn't always in your control. I guess it's better to not, and of course it's always better to avoid, but sometimes people just overreact.
Asking for people to like and follow makes people like me hate you (that's sort of a strong word, but still don't beg for likes I don't actually hate you, just had to get the point out). It's begging, and it's stupid.
TheCornStealer is popular because he stalked people's profiles for a while which made people recognize him occasionally, then he started spamming threads and like spamming people, and now he's where he is now
Don't post links to your youtube channels, clans, skypes and stats in your threads either. That's about as bad as begging for likes and follows, and can be considered worse because you also have it in your signature already (where is should stay).
your just a natural beauty thenI don't even know how I got popular or so many followers lol
Great guide I will try out later.
OMG hey Blamph <3
Another triple post -_-OMG hey Blamph <3
True, but that's wise it says lets be honest! And btw I can't edit te posts together on ma iPod ATM so sorry but I didn't forget this time at least!First of all, "becoming popular" shouldn't be your intention when on MCSG. Many people are famous for their mishaps and all the things they've done wrong. A better way to look at it is how to gain respect. I'd much rather be not very popular, but people respect me, than everybody knowing me but nobody respecting me. If you want to become respected, the main thing to do is to not spam the forums.
You should actually put some time and thought into every one of your posts, and make sure they're relevant to the topic of the thread. Also don't spam people's profiles, it gets annoying. You also don't need to play a lot in-game to be popular. I would consider myself semi-popular and I haven't played a game of MCSG in at least two months. And remember; becoming respected or well known takes a lot of time! Make sure you're consistent with your posts and you will slowly begin to gain some attention.
Get over it it's not gonna kill you and look at the post below...Another triple post -_-
who r u randyI have done all of these, except for the posting of a lot of threads.
