How many frames would I get with this computer?

I would have to agree with Cadbane (on most parts, VERY high FPS is a bit of an exaggeration). You'll be a lot better off with the i3 3220 than with that AMD card. Also, that build doesn't include the PSU, the OS, the optical drive, the case, or a CPU cooler. Have you factored those in to your overall pricing?
I already factored it in I just didn't think I'd need to put it on there. All I wanted to do was find out how much FPS I could get so I didn't put the optical drive or the PSU. I find that's what most people do so I just follow. Also, I just upgraded it. Let me know what you think: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1qomP And do you think I should get a case with a power supply and save money that I can invest in the graphics card or just buy a regular PSU? Thanks.

Oh yea, one more thing. Is that processor gonna come with a stock fan or do I need to buy a separate one? Thanks for all the info.

Anyways, here are three build suggestions I have for you, one in that price range with just the parts you mentioned, what that computer would end up costing with all the parts a computer needs, and a final, more realistic option that sacrifices a few components in order to be more affordable.

Setup 1 - The Core Components - $482

Setup 2 - The Whole Shebang (No Compromise) - $680

Setup 3 - The Realistic Choice - $564

You're good at budgeting
