Pshhh, I'll just copy-paste what I put on Yahoo! Answers and put it on here, because #yolo #sweg.
I do not plan on using Shaders or anything, I believe.

Hello!
Christmas is nearing, and the one thing that has really been on the top of my wishlist is a new graphics card for my pc. As my pc currently stands, it is not built for gaming - simply for just browsing and whatnot.
With that, I REALLY would like to buy a new graphics card to satisfy my wants in my pc. I don't play too heavy-duty games, more just like games such as The Sims 3 and Minecraft. Of course, I still want a graphics card that I may be able to play other games on in the future.
As my pc currently stands, in Minecraft, I get around 10-30 fps on lowest settings, and as for The Sims 3, I get around 10 fps. In Minecraft, I enjoy playing on pvp servers so I'm looking for a graphics card that could run at least 60 fps+, and as for The Sims 3, I want it to look smooth on either normal or high settings.
Here are the specs of my pc as it is now:
Model | HP Pavillion a6519fh PC
Graphics Card | Intel GMA 3100 (G33/G31 Chipset)
Ram | 3 GB
Processor | Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU @ 2.00 GHz 2.00 GHz
System Type | 32 Bit Operating System - Windows Vista
Space | 231 GB free of 455 GB
Yes, I know I will have to upgrade all of this eventually, but as for now, I am looking to start with a graphics card. I have heard that I may have to buy a new power supply, so I will try to see what I can do regardless.
I have a budget of around $200. Any more than that will be pushing it with what my family and I can afford at the moment, but I can see what I can do. c:<

So yes, see what you all can recommend, and any help would be great!
