In a nutshell, the Naga and Deathadder are pretty much the same, the only difference being that the Naga has a surplus of buttons. Some people say they're easy to get used to, some think they're not necessary and are uncomfortable and hard to utilize. The Deathadder, on the other hand, has two programmable buttons, which is enough for me. I currently only use one of them as my fourth slot for Flint and Steel. I'd preferably go for the Deathadder, but some dependant factors include the games you play, and if you really desire that many buttons.
