Once the time for a battle has been set, the only way for the time to change is for both leaders to agree on a time change. If you do decide on a time change together, please PM or post on this thread immediately, so I can make sure it will work with my schedule.

Right, but if the time set was in the way of school or say the time was hard for EU people because its too late or too early, you'd ask for a change as well.

It is impossible to accommodate everybody, you still do have the ability to have the time changed, you must go negotiate with the other party.
